Licensed Tax Professionals: 

  • CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS (CPAs)

Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) have state certifications to practice accounting.
These tax pros know numbers inside and out, and are experts when it comes to
navigating any confusing tax situation. CPAs are licensed to represent you
before the IRS.

  • ENROLLED AGENTS (EAs)

Enrolled Agents (EAs) are IRS-authorized tax professionals. They are empowered by the U.S.
Department of the Treasury to represent you before the Internal Revenue Service
for situations like audits, collections, and appeals. Only Enrolled Agents,
CPAs, and attorneys have unlimited representation rights to represent taxpayers
before the IRS.

Current Opening: Full charged bookkeeper

These include, but are not limited to payroll and financial record keeping and entering transactions including AP, AR, monthly billing, monthly closings and general ledger reconciliations. This position must provide the highest level of service to our employees and clients maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor in accordance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining a very high degree of confidentiality, attention to detail, good judgement and discretion.

  • Minimum 3 years of accounting support or bookkeeping experience
  • Quickbook Experience is Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
